تجديد وثيقة التأمين - الرجاء
Some of our policyholders will have purchased insurance cover(s) as a result of being a customer of Bank Muscat; this policy will have been either purchased at a Bank Branch or as a result of a telephone call from a dedicated call center. AIG’s relationship with Bank Muscat will end on 30 November 2017; this means that AIG will no longer be Bank’s preferred insurance provider. This change means that AIG will not renew insurance policy purchased through Bank Muscat from 30 November 2017. If you have a policy expiring after this date then you may please contact Bank Muscat to discuss your insurance needs. This applies to all type of products sold through Bank Muscat including Auto, Home, Family Protection, Critical Illness, Hospital Cash, Travel and PCG insurance.
Please be assured that this change will not affect your current Annual policy cover and you will continue to receive full policy and claims support for the remaining period of your policy. However, if you have been paying monthly premiums, then your policy will expire after 30th November 2017. Please do not delay in preparing for alternative cover ahead of the expiry date of your policy this will ensure that you do not experience any gap in cover. Should you encounter any charges for insurance that references AIG after 30th November 2017 then we ask that you contact Bank Muscat as AIG will not be responsible for any such deductions.
